Summary of thesis:

An arts education is considered extremely important in developing skills integral to life and learning, such as critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and empathy. This research project investigates participants' perceived benefits stemming from their Arts education, in equipping them with requisite life-long skills essential for success in the workplace.
